Tiffany Dampier, LPC, CADC – Clinical Supervisor
Tiffany Dampier is a Pennsylvania Board Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Human Services and specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Social Psychology from Park University while serving active duty in the United States Air Force, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Since returning to her home state of Pennsylvania in 2010, Tiffany has been utilizing her military and professional experience to guide her clients through their own personal battles of life. Her clientele consists of individuals who present with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, codependency, relationship issues, and/or substance abuse. Tiffany also facilitates the Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient group (DIOP) at Mazzitti and Sullivan Counseling in the Harrisburg office.
Stephanie Thorn, BA
Stephanie is the Primary Group Facilitator of the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program at our Harrisburg office, which is an Intensive Program for clients presenting with Acute Substance Use Disorder symptomology that are severe but do not require 24-hour monitoring. Stephanie is passionate about helping clients to develop a stable foundation for long-term sobriety through engagement in an active program of recovery that extends beyond treatment. Along with this, Stephanie believes that addiction is a family disease and that family recovery is an essential part of the healing process for everyone involved. She is dedicated to providing support and resources to family members as a part of treatment process for the individuals she works with in guiding them towards long term recovery. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her background includes a range of experience including family, group, and individual counseling prior to joining the Mazzitti and Sullivan team in 2017.
Sylvester Wilson, MHS
Sylvester works with adults dealing with Substance Use Disorders in our Harrisburg office. He strongly believes that his educational training coupled with years of professional counseling experience and his own long-term recovery from drug and alcohol addiction have prepared him well for his time with Mazzitti and Sullivan. Sylvester is a Counselor, Certified Assistant Alcohol Level 2 and House Manager with over 10 years of work experience. Currently, Sylvester is a primary Drug and Alcohol counselor. He leads both the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program as well as Mazzitti and Sullivan’s Aftercare group.
Chelsea Senic, LSW
Chelsea Senic is a Licensed Social Worker currently pursuing her Clinical License. She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications specializing in theatre from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Chelsea has a passion for working with and finding resources to help re-entrants working within the criminal justice system. Chelsea has experience working with co-occurring disorders for the past 6 years and specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Psycho-drama, and Family Counseling. Chelsea works with adult clients dealing with mental health diagnoses and facilitates groups for drug and alcohol and co-occurring issues at our Harrisburg office.
Kerry Lance, MA
Kerry Lance received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Liberty University. Mr. Lance began his counseling career at an inpatient treatment center, serving as a substance abuse counselor, specializing in transitioning inmates re-entering society. He then refocused his expertise to serve as a residential outpatient facility, where he served as an addictions counselor, then as a residential supervisor. Kerry joined Mazzitti and Sullivan initially as an Intensive outpatient substance abuse counselor and quickly increased his scope of efficacy to include providing onsite grief, loss, and trauma counseling for Harrisburg regional clients. Kerry currently facilitates Process of Change groups at our Harrisburg office.
Nikki Weir, CRS – Counselor Assistant
Nikki joined Mazzitti & Sullivan Counseling in 2018, initially working in an administrative role then promoted to Counselor Assistant in December 2018. She began working in direct services with adult clients, focusing on Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs at the Harrisburg office. In April 2018, Nikki will be primary group facilitator for the women’s treatment program at Dauphin County Prison as part of a progressive program delivering outpatient level treatment services to inmates with substance use disorders to address inmate needs and eliminate recidivism rates. Nikki is extremely passionate about recovery, and has dedicated her life to helping the suffering addict/alcoholic.
