Kerry Lance, MA – Program Director
Kerry Lance, a disabled veteran, received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Liberty University. Mr. Lance began his counseling career at an Inpatient Treatment Center, serving as a Substance Abuse and Crisis Intervention Counselor. He specialized in transitioning inmates re-entering society. He then refocused his expertise to serve at a Residential Outpatient facility, where he first worked as an Addictions Counselor then as the facility’s Residential Supervisor.
Kerry came on board with Mazzitti and Sullivan Counseling initially as an Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Counselor and quickly increased his scope of efficacy to include providing onsite Grief, Loss, and Trauma counseling to Harrisburg regional clients. Mr. Lance is now the Program Director of Mazzitti and Sullivan’s Harrisburg location, where he collaborates to empower clients and staff, improve productivity and profitability, and increase program offerings to include Trauma Groups for First Responders, Law Enforcement, and Veterans.
Sylvester Wilson, MHS
Sylvester works with adults dealing with Substance Use Disorders in our Harrisburg office. He strongly believes that his educational training coupled with years of professional counseling experience and his own long-term recovery from drug and alcohol addiction have prepared him well for his time with Mazzitti and Sullivan. Sylvester is a Counselor, Certified Assistant Alcohol Level 2 and House Manager with over 10 years of work experience. Currently, Sylvester is a primary Drug and Alcohol counselor. He leads both the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program as well as Mazzitti and Sullivan’s Aftercare group.
Tiffany Dampier, CADS, MS
Tiffany Dampier is a Pennsylvania Board Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Human Services and specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Social Psychology from Park University while serving active duty in the United States Air Force, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Since returning to her home state of Pennsylvania in 2010, Tiffany has been utilizing her military and professional experience to guide her clients through their own personal battles of life. Her clientele consists of individuals who present with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, codependency, relationship issues, and/or substance abuse. Tiffany also facilitates the Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient group (DIOP) at Mazzitti and Sullivan Counseling in the Harrisburg office.
Louisa Eyler, LSW
Louisa believes that having an extraordinary life is possible for all people. Her approach stems from the perspective that a fulfilling, even thrilling life is available to anyone who is willing to put forth the effort. It’s simply a matter of finding the path that leads you there. Her philosophy is based on honoring each individual as an expert in his/her life. She believes that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole.
Listening, really listening, to her clients and asking powerful questions that open the mind is at the core of her work at Mazzitti and Sullivan Counseling. Clients describe her style as warm, enthusiastic, insightful, innovative, bold, rigorous, action-oriented, optimistic, intuitive and fun. Louisa is a primary Mental Health counselor and provides individual, couples and family counseling at Mazzitti and Sullivan’s Harrisburg location.
Kim Gianforti, BS
Kim has worked in the field of drug and alcohol treatment for more than 10 years, holding a variety of positions in the outpatient setting. Kim is a Bachelors level counselor in our Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg offices and leads our Process of Change group in Harrisburg. She is committed to working from a client-centered perspective and understands recovery is an individual process with numerous pathways to achieving long-term sobriety. Kim is able to see adults in both Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg and also works with adolescents in the Mechanicsburg office.
