Kyle Ranney, LSW – Clinical Supervisor
Kyle graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2008 with his Marketing Degree. He went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University Harrisburg in 2016 and is now a Licensed Social Worker. At Temple, Kyle was the recipient of the Dr. Grace Ganter Memorial Award, presented to the graduate student who demonstrated academic excellence and a deep concern for neglected and underserved populations.
Kyle’s own personal experiences led him to his passion for social work, particularly working with those who suffer from drug and alcohol addiction and mental health disorders. Kyle believes in utilizing techniques from solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing to help his clients. He facilitates Intensive Outpatient and Process of Change groups at Mazzitti and Sullivan Counseling and is trained to work with both adult and adolescent clients.
Tiffany Newman, LPC
Tiffany Newman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Mazzitti and Sullivan. She runs the “Process of Change” Adult outpatient group in addition to conducting individual and family therapy at our Mechanicsburg counseling center. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from West Chester University in 2004 and went on to receive her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Eastern University in 2008. Tiffany is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and has a passion for helping people achieve better health physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She focuses her work with the adult population out of our Mechanicsburg office.
Becky Thebes, LPC
Becky has a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in trauma. In addition, she has received EMDR training for trauma, depression, and anxiety. She has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in psychology, social and criminal science. Becky facilitates the SMART Friends and Family meeting at Mazzitti and Sullivan Counseling here in the Mechanicsburg office. Her adult clientele consists of couples and individuals who present with marriage issues, depression, trauma, co-dependency, self-esteem issues, anxiety and substance use disorders.
Jason Hoffman, BS
Jason graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. He works with clients between the ages of 18 and 80 for alcohol and drug addiction, and facilitates an IOP group in the Middletown and Mechanicsburg offices. Jason also manages a caseload and works with individual clients in the Mechanicsburg office. His clinical work focuses on Substance Use Disorders, however, Jason understands addiction’s impact on the family system and takes great pride in working with family members or spouses of his clients.
