Jessica Eichelberger, LSW – Clinical Supervisor
Jessica graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Shippensburg University. Currently she is a Licensed Social Worker and the Program Director at Mazzitti and Sullivan’s Middletown office. During her time in the field, Jessica has worked with both adults and adolescents and has maintained a treatment focus in mental health, drugs and alcohol, trauma, and family services. She has been a critical part of the continued growth and development of adolescent services in the Middletown office and continues to play an active role in the center’s daily programming.
Chelsea Belles, LSW
Chelsea went to school at Shippensburg University and graduated with both her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Social Work. Currently she is a Licensed Social Worker. Chelsea works with clients who are in need of either mental health or drug and alcohol counseling. Her treatment focus is children, adolescents, adults, couples or families and the LGBTQ population. She is a co-facilitator of the adolescent group services at Mazzitti and Sullivan’s Middletown office.
Taylor Smith, LSW
Taylor graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University. Taylor is currently a Licensed Social Worker and received her Certificate in Play Therapy from Temple University. Taylor’s treatment focus is working with children and adolescents addressing issues such as ASD, Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders and Trauma. Taylor is Primary Facilitator of the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program in the Middletown office.
